Quality management
In view of the important role played by quality issues in the operations & objectives of the company, a total Quality Management System has been documented to ensure the following:
• That the processes will be EFFECTIVELY CONTROLLED.
• That the resources & information needed to support these processes will be made available.
• That the processes needed for the QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & their sequence interaction will be IDENTIFIED & ADDRESSED.
• All records necessary for demonstrating conformance to requirements and for analysis will be kept.
Methods of operation
Internally, all projects are undertaken in accordance with our CONTROL and REVIEW SYSTEM. At ISIWENGU we provide a project leader/ manager as the single point of contact for each project. The project manager also controls and is responsible for the project internally. We believe it is important for the client to DEAL EXCLUSIVELY with a single project manager who is able to run the project from conception to completion, ensuring CONSISTENCY OF WORK QUALITY and COMMUNICATION.
